How many people can I bring to my appointment?
4 plus the bride for a Classic Bridal appointment. If you have more than 4 Guests including Children please book the VIP Bridal Suite. Due to Fire Code regulations we do have to obey those limits.
For our VIP Bridal Suite, up to 8 Guests can be accommodated.
For the Book the Boutique appointment bring up to 10 Guests.
What should I wear/bring to my appointment?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and beautiful.
Nude undergarments are best and undergarments are required.
You can bring shoes, flowers, Mom's Veil or anything you feel will enhance your Madison Carolina Bridal experience!
When should I order my gown?
The sooner the better, most brides typically start shopping for their dress about 12-15 months before their wedding. Once you've found your dream gown there is no need to wait, it's always better to plan ahead! It typically takes gowns 6 months to arrive once ordered depending on the designer and 2-3 months to do the alterations process. Plus, don't forget to factor in time to have your Bridal Portrait taken and the gown cleaned and steamed before you walk down the aisle.
What if I don’t have enough time to order a gown?
No worries there! Madison Carolina Bridal boasts one of the largest off the rack selection of wedding gowns in the upstate. We have over 600 bridal gowns in boutique, 3 times the selection of your average bridal boutique!
What does off the rack mean?
Purchasing an “off the rack” dress means you fall in love with the dress you try on and get to take that dress home that day instead of ordering it. Off the rack gowns are often discontinued samples of designer wedding gowns which means you find a high quality dress no one else can order anymore for an amazing price!
Unlike Traditional Bridal Boutique, we will sell our Special Order gowns Off the Rack to a Bride who doesn't have time to order. You have endless options to choose from.
How much do the appointments cost?
For the standard appointment there is no charge. We do however require a card to book an appointment to cover any possible cancellation or no show. The cancellation/no show fee is $35. However if you cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice of your appointment there is no fee.
The Private VIP Suite Package is $100.
Book the Boutique Package is $200.
What is the price range of your gowns?
$800 - $2,800 with the average being $1200-1500.
Our Clearance Gowns Start at $799.
We do mark down gowns lower than this during special sales
events that we advertise via facebook, instagram, and tiktok.

Will you have my size to try on?
At Madison Carolina Bridal we pride ourselves on inclusive sizing! We have over 600 gowns in the shop ranging in size from 00 - 24.
Do you have veils and accessories?
We have a wide variety of veils, jewelry, belts, headpieces and other specialty bridal accessories! We do not carry shoes or undergarments.
Didn't get your gown with us?
No problem, we are happy to help a bride find her accessories no matter where she found her gown.
Just book an accessories appointment.
Do you have bridesmaids or moms gowns?
No, we do not offer bridesmaids or moms gowns.
What other dresses do you have ?
Prom, homecoming & pageant gowns.
Do you buy or consign gowns?
No.
